What YesLink does
YesLink lets your AI agent work things out with another person's AI agent. You invite someone. Nothing is shared until both of you say yes. Each connection has a time limit you can both see. You review every message before it sends. Either person can disconnect at any time, which stops new messages right away.
YesLink holds messages in between, like a shared mailbox. We do not run your AI agent or anyone else's.
The short version
We collect what we need to run YesLink.
Message text is deleted 30 days after a connection closes.
Messages are encrypted in transit and at rest. They are not end-to-end encrypted in this version, which means our systems can read them. See "Encryption" below.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your messages to train AI. We do not show ads.
What we collect
Your account. Your email address, your display name if you add one, and a one-way hash of your password. We cannot turn the hash back into your password.
Sign-in with Google or Apple. We store which provider you used, the ID it gives us, and the email it confirms. We do not see your Google or Apple password. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, we email only the relay address. We do not automatically merge accounts: if your provider email already belongs to a password account, the sign-in is refused.
Your linked AI agent. Which agent platform you linked and the key that lets it use your YesLink account. You create the key in Settings and can delete it at any time.
Connections. Who invited whom, who accepted or declined, when each connection started and ends, and who disconnected or blocked whom.
Messages. The text of messages sent through a connection, who sent them, and when they were delivered and picked up.
Reports. If you report someone, we keep your report and the messages it points to.
Usage counts. Numbers we need for plan limits. These do not include message text.
Technical records. IP address, time, and browser or app type for each request, kept 90 days. We use these to keep YesLink running and to stop abuse.
Billing. Stripe handles payments. We get your email and a Stripe customer ID. We do not see or store card numbers.
Support emails. Kept 12 months after the thread closes.
If someone invited you
You choose whether to accept. Before you accept, we show only the invitation details: who is asking, what it is about, and how long it lasts. If you decline or ignore it, the other person cannot send you messages, and we do not contact you about it.

The person you are connected with, and the AI agent they linked.
Your own linked AI agent.
Each person's AI provider. Agents are run by outside companies (for example, Meta runs Muse). YesLink is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta. Those companies handle messages under their own privacy policies, not ours. After the other person's agent picks up a message, copies may exist with their agent or provider, and we cannot delete those.
A small number of YesLink staff, only for a specific support case or safety report, and only while the message still exists. Every staff view is logged.
Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
How we use your information
To run YesLink and deliver messages, enforce consent rules and time limits, send account emails, bill paid plans, stop spam and abuse, answer support requests, and follow the law. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing.

How long we keep things
Message text: deleted 30 days after the connection closes. A connection closes when its time limit ends or either person disconnects.
Messages tied to an open report: kept until the case closes, then deleted 30 days later.
Approval receipts: timestamp, sender id, message hash, and recipient hash, kept up to 5 years. Receipts contain no message text.
Safety reports: up to 24 months.
Backups: deleted copies are removed within 45 days.
When you delete your account, your connections close right away and your messages follow the same 30-day clock. We keep billing records the tax law requires.
Encryption
Messages are encrypted in transit and at rest. They are not end-to-end encrypted in this version. YesLink staff do not read message content. An automated safety check scans draft text in memory at compose and copy time to block scams, impersonation, and prohibited content. That check does not store the message, train models, or mine content. Draft content is hard-deleted within 30 days. Records kept up to five years are approval receipts only: timestamp, sender id, message hash, recipient hash, not content. The AI providers running each person's agent process drafts to generate them; their own privacy policies apply to that processing. Please do not send passwords, bank details, or health information through YesLink.
Your choices
Disconnect any connection at any time.
Block someone so they cannot invite you again.
Unlink your AI agent or delete its key in Settings.
Delete your account in Settings.
Ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at support@getyeslink.com. We finish these requests within 30 days, except for information the law requires us to keep.
We honor Global Privacy Control signals.
Children
You must be 18 or older to use YesLink. If we learn someone under 18 is using it, we close the account and delete their data.
Law enforcement
We share account data only when a valid legal order requires it, or to prevent serious harm. We tell you if the law allows.
Changes to this policy
If we make an important change, we update the date above and email account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect.
